What is Osteopathy?.
Osteopathy is manual therapy which address the entire body; cranial, muscular, musculoskeletal and visceral systems using gentle functional techniques (FT) and osteopathic articular balancing (OAB).
How Does Osteopathy Help?
Osteopathy helps with a wide variety of dysfunctions including postural deficits, temporomandibular (TMJ) dysfunction, nerve compression, soft tissue and joint .
Osteopathy is known to help calm and restore the nervous system bringing the whole body back into balance.
Meet Clyde, above. Clyde is a Pot Cake rescued from St. Lucia by Brian and Louise Spilsbury. Unfortunately Clyde suffered some injuries which have spiralled throughout his body. In this example, the video shows how stiff and restricted Clyde’s neck has become.
This was his first session. With osteopathy functional techniques it is clear to see in this example how much more ROM Clyde achieved.
