Equine Dynamic BodyWork (EDB) is a safe, dynamic, non-invasive light touch hands on complementary and integrated modality designed to keep your horse performing in optimal balance both physically and mentally.

  • EDB restores muscle balance, improves energy and helps prevent fatigue, the leading cause of sport injuries

  • EDB helps relieve tension, encourages increased range of motion and suppleness in muscles and joints, proven to benefit psychological well-being.

Imbalances in your horse's body can result in restricted movement, performance difficulties and behavioural issues.  Detecting and correcting these imbalances is vital for long term success.

Trigger Point Therapy

WHAT IS A TRIGGER POINT?

Trigger Point Therapy is used to release tight, tender spots which are located within a taut band in the muscle belly.  Trigger points are very painful and typically the pain is a “referred pain” meaning the pain presents somewhere else in the body.  Trigger points can cause a sharp pain or constant ache.

It is not uncommon for horses to have several active trigger points.

Photonic Light Therapy

WHAT IS PHOTONIC LIGHT THERAPY?

Photonic Light Therapy is a non-invasive, drug free, natural way to promote healing and control pain.  Photonic Light Therapy is cleared by the FDA. Red light therapy has been researched for over 40 years by NASA.

Leslie is an Equine, Companion Animal and Human Board Certified Light Therapist. She successfully incorporates Photonic Light Therapy into her bodywork sessions.  Photonic Light Therapy is an LED light that can be used for deep tissue work and is very useful in stimulating acupressure points.
