MY PHILOSOPHY

Beginning at an early age, I welcomed riding and training several breeds of horses in a variety of disciplines. These horses, my teachers, possessed many different characteristics both physically and mentally.  The challenge was enabling the horse to do the required task, happily and harmoniously, without force.

In a nutshell  my TRAINING and COACHING philosophy is based on putting the horse in a "physically" logical position to do what is required of him no matter how simple or complex the movement may be.

First and foremost the RIDER needs to be BALANCED.  Just as there is a TRAINING SCALE FOR THE HORSE, there is also a TRAINING SCALE FOR THE RIDER.
